1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ty777" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the ty777 online gaming platform accessible at ty777.vu and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and services.
• "You" / "Player" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ty777 platform in any capacity.

• "Services" means all gaming and betting products available on ty777, including but not limited to cricket betting, live dealer casino games, slots, crash games, and sportsbook markets.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the base currency of the ty777 platform.
• "KYC" / "Know Your Customer" refers to the identity and age verification procedures ty777 applies to User accounts as part of its security and compliance processes.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ty777, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and ty777.

These Terms should be read alongside ty777's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement governing your use of the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional terms, the promotional terms will take precedence only in respect of the specific promotion to which they relate.

ty777 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, ty777 will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via the contact details associated with their Account. It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on ty777, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering as an individual on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account closed, suspended, or self-excluded on ty777 or any related platform.
• All registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are not acting as an agent, employee, officer, or contractor of ty777 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not prohibited from using online gaming services under any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction of residence.

ty777 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any Account where eligibility criteria are not met, or where false or misleading information has been provided. In such cases, any balance in the Account may be withheld pending investigation, and any bonus funds will be forfeited.

4 Account Rules

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on ty777. This restriction applies per person, per household address, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Opening or maintaining multiple Accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is strictly prohibited and will result in all Accounts being closed and balances being forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ty777 login credentials. You must not share your Account details, password, or OTP codes with any third party. ty777 recommends enabling two-factor authentication via your registered Pakistani mobile number. Any activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify ty777 support immediately.

ty777 may require you to complete identity verification at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when your Account triggers a security or compliance review. Acceptable verification documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by ty777 may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.

You may request the closure of your ty777 Account at any time by contacting support. ty777 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its discretion, including where there is evidence of fraud, abuse of promotions, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Where an Account is closed for disciplinary reasons, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

ty777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following PKR-denominated payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees. ty777 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied to Account balances.

Deposits are credited to your ty777 Account promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are set at the payment method level and displayed at the point of deposit. ty777 does not charge any fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. ty777 reserves the right to apply deposit limits to any Account at its discretion for security or responsible gaming purposes.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise verified by ty777's compliance team. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and must meet any applicable wagering requirements before processing. ty777 aims to process withdrawal requests within standard processing windows, though actual receipt of funds is also subject to the receiving payment provider's settlement timeline.

An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ty777 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant Account balances at a rate not exceeding PKR 500 per month, after providing reasonable prior notice to the Account holder at the registered contact details. Any remaining balance will remain accessible upon Account reactivation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ty777 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific promotional terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds in your Account Balance.
• All bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may carry an expiry date. Unclaimed or unmet bonus conditions within the stated timeframe will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• ty777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, any bonus funds already credited will remain available subject to the original wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are available for personal use only. Any abuse of promotional offers — including collusion, use of multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, or exploitation of technical errors — will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings.
• Certain games may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Live casino games and selected slots may have reduced or zero contribution rates. Contribution rates are published in the full promotion terms.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

ty777 reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any bet at its sole discretion and without providing a reason. This includes but is not limited to bets placed after an event has concluded, bets exceeding published maximum stake limits, and bets placed during a system error or manifest error in odds.

In the event of a manifest error — defined as an obvious and verifiable mistake in odds, game logic, or settlement — ty777 reserves the right to void the relevant bets or correct the error retroactively. ty777 will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of any manifest error, and any winnings paid out in connection with such an error may be recovered by ty777.

Cricket betting markets on ty777 — including PSL, PCB domestic fixtures, bilateral series, and ICC tournaments — are settled in accordance with ty777's published cricket settlement rules. In-play markets are offered at ty777's discretion and may be suspended without notice during a live event. Settlement is based on official match results from the governing body. Abandoned matches and no-results are settled per the relevant sport rules.

All casino games on ty777 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are verified figures applicable over large sample sizes and do not guarantee any specific return in any individual session. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game elements in real time and are fully auditable.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ty777 platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances and winnings:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any KYC process.
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts, whether in your own name or under fictitious identities.
• Allowing any other person to use your Account, whether for personal use, as an agent, or for any commercial purpose.
• Engaging in matched betting, bonus abuse, or any strategy specifically designed to exploit promotional terms in a manner contrary to their intended purpose.
• Using any form of automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker-format games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection, or using the ty777 platform as a vehicle for any financial crime.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the platform's games or systems.
• Using the platform in any jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited by local law, where doing so places ty777 in breach of applicable regulations.

ty777 employs automated monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where a pattern of abuse is identified, ty777 may act without prior notice and is not required to disclose the specific reason for account closure to the User under investigation.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ty777 platform — including but not limited to the ty777 name and logo, game interfaces, software, design elements, text, graphics, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of ty777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ty777 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any ty777 content in any medium without prior written consent.
• Modifying, decompiling, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works from any ty777 software or game logic.
• Using the ty777 name, logo, or brand assets in any commercial context, including in third-party promotional materials, without explicit written authorisation from ty777.
• Scraping, crawling, or systematically downloading any data, odds, or content from ty777 using automated tools.

Any unauthorised use of ty777's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability. ty777 reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in such cases.

10 Privacy & Data

ty777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement. By registering on ty777, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR caps on the total amount you may deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold per day, week, or month, after which further play is restricted.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive an on-screen notification after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict Account access for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently close your Account for a minimum period of six months or on a permanent basis.

Self-exclusion requests are processed by ty777's support team and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. During an active self-exclusion, you will not be able to reopen your Account, access the platform, or receive promotional communications. 12 Limitation of Liability

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of ty777 services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any losses resulting from events beyond ty777's reasonable control, including network outages, third-party payment provider failures, or force majeure events.
• Any reliance on information published on the ty777 platform regarding odds, game outcomes, or promotional content.

Nothing in these Terms limits ty777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

The ty777 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ty777 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose, its uninterrupted availability, or the accuracy of any information published on it.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ty777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is proposed, ty777 will provide registered Users with at least fourteen (14) days' prior notice via the email address or mobile number registered to their Account, or via a prominent in-platform notice.

Where a change is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation, ty777 may implement it with immediate effect and without prior notice. In all cases, the current version of the Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of the ty777 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of ty777's operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your Account, or your use of the ty777 platform, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Internal Review: Submit a formal complaint to ty777's support team. ty777 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a final response within ten (10) business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with ty777's internal response, you may request escalation to ty777's senior compliance team for a second review within a further ten (10) business days.
• Step 3 — External Resolution: If the matter remains unresolved, you may refer the dispute to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider, as specified by ty777 at the time the dispute arises.

ty777's decision on technical matters — including but not limited to game outcomes, settlement of bets, interpretation of rules, and detection of prohibited conduct — is final and binding. Where a dispute involves a technical game outcome, ty777's internal logs and server records will be treated as conclusive evidence.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is urgently required to prevent irreparable harm.
